MP Skills will continue to remain active and open as usual.
We are currently monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 closely and are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all our delegates and learners.
We understand there is a competence requirement and we want to work with you to make sure your business remains safe and competence. Our office is still open and our trainers, assessors and office staff are all available to support.
For any on-site training and assessments, our team will maintain social distancing with any testing can be completed in isolation and then handed to the assessor to mark.
Plant assessments can carry on with the assessor remaining at least 2 metres away from the learner (where safe to do so).
Our teams will maintain hygiene requirements has per government guidelines and where possible, remote assessment is also an option and can be discussed directly with the assessor.
MP Skills will continue to offer public courses such as CPC driver courses and industry Health and Safety courses throughout the UK, following government guidelines.
If you have concerns about the possibility of having been exposed to the COVID-19 (Corona) virus, whether through travelling in the UK, travelling abroad or through contact with a confirmed case/source, please consult the official NHS Questionnaire accessible via this link: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 to establish the most appropriate course of action.

In light of the Government’s announcement regarding Covid-19 this evening, MP Skills have made the difficult decision to regrettably cancel all of our courses taking place this weekend.
Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause but our learners’ Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to us.
We thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
23/03/20 COVID-19 UPDATE
It is with regret that we inform you that we’ve had to postpone all of our remaining courses up until the 4th of April. This difficult decision has been made to adhere to the government’s advice regarding COVID-19, but also as we have a duty of care for the health and well-being of all delegates. We apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused to those who have been affected.
