Blasting Operations Competence Scheme
MPQC operate a scheme which embraces a suite of specifically developed QCF qualifications in blasting operations, a detailed audit which must be undertaken within a five year timeframe and a carding system dependent on qualified task.
The following job / tasks are covered by the scheme:
- Explosives Supervisor
- Shotfirer
- Storekeeper
- Blast Designer
- Profiler
