What is the Process for Becoming an Approved Centre?
When the Centre Application Form and Staff Application Forms are received by MPQC these will be reviewed by one of our External Verifiers and any points of clarification discussed with you as necessary. The EV will then arrange to visit you to verify the application. Following the verification visit the EV will then make a recommendation to the General Manager. If everything is in place, you will receive a letter confirming your approval. Or, if you are unable to meet all the requirements then an Action Plan will be agreed with you detailing what you need to do in order to attain Centre Approval.
How long will it take?
We aim to process your initial application within six weeks.
What support is available during this process?
We can provide ongoing support to complete the application form by telephone, email or through an advisory visit to your premises.
What ongoing support is available to approved assessment centres?
Once you become an Approved Centre you will have access to:
- Expert External Verifiers
- Tailored qualification specific documentation
- Online candidate registration and certification
- Web access to all documentation
- Annual Centre Workshops
We have a Customer Service Policy which states the service level agreement which is guarantee. However, most requests and processing are achieved in much less timeframes.
